Poor RAM management

I have noticed that the ram management is extremely poor on my Galaxy S21+ running on one ui 5.0 beta 3. 

I was watching a video in YouTube and tapped on a whatsapp notification, after I switched back to YouTube, the app started reloading. This is not acceptable, and moreover, I even had RAM plus set to 4GB. 

Is anyone facing RAM issues?
