Can you tell me why my Device isn't certified by Google Play Protect Certification in One Ui 7.0

Mine is certified

At 1st when I came from 6.1 it was certified as well but after i do the factoryy reset then its out .

then its universal problem maybe fox on beta 2 or the stable release
