Phone app crashing!

Anyone having issue with phone app settings crash after 3rd beta??

Go to hard reset option in boot menu and reset settings..only reset settings.dont touch others...and restart.

Phone app is working perfect. But when i try to open phone app settings, it crashes...
Do you have this issue?
