OneUI6 stopped responding

1. Unable to interact with home screen or any apps.
2. Touch/tap working only on notification tray.
3. Continuously getting pop up - OneUI 6 System UI stopped working.

My phone uniteractive device now. Unable to do anything for last 1 day after I had plugged in for charging.
However, I am getting app notifications.

Please suggest a fix at earliest. Posting this via dex mode. I have also sent error report via Samsung members > Beta feedback option.

Need Urgent fix

This happened to me too, can you tell me what sort of applications your phone was running? I had genshin impact open. Which is a very stressfull on Ram I assume. But weird that this doesn't gets solved even after hard rebooting.

As per your query, we request you kindly share the log file. Without a log file we cannot analyze this issue, Also share video clips and images for better understanding and report this issue with the log file. This will help us to further investigate and resolve this issue.

To attach the log file: Samsung member > Click on beta banner > Switch to beta mode > Beta feedback > Send feedback > Error report.

Note: To ensure relevant log information is included in the error report, submit the report within 3 minutes of encountering the bug or error, and do not terminate (swipe away) the Samsung Members application until you are notified that the report has been sent. This can take up to 5 minutes.

I have shared the log file. Not possible to share the video clip as UI is not working

Irrespective of apps this issue persist on home screen and at systetem level.
Could not open any app from home screen or app launcher screen.
No RAM intensive app.
My device works fine in dex mode.

I got a new update downloaded in device but there is no way I can install because of this probelm. Service center team suggests to backup data so that they can install the update.
