Dear Samsung Team,

The latest update of OneUI 6.0 Beta 3 update has rendered the phone F23 5g unusable. Multiple users have downloaded the Beta 3 version released by Samsung on 7th November and facing the issues listed below:

1) Mobile Internet not working
2) Lag in UI
3) Over-heating even in light tasks. Example: Using WhatsApp, Youtube, Chrome.
4) Wi-fi turns off sometimes automatically

Dear Samsung Team, please understand the severity of the situation. Users can ignore the lag in UI and to certain extent the overheating as well, but with mobile internet not working at all makes the phone unusable for any task.

Users cannot step of out their homes as mobile internet fails to work at any point of time and disconnects us from the outside world. We are using Wi-fi at home which is only a temporary at-home solution for this problem.

It has been 7 days since the update has been released and people are experiencing these problems, but there is no official reply from Samsung either about any solution for these problems or the release of Beta 4 version except than asking for data logs of the phone in other community posts regarding the same problem.

Although people have tried several methods of restarting the phone or re-inserting the sim these methods do not help in solving the listed problems.

Please provide few temporary methods so that mobile internet starts working again or release the Beta 4 version as soon as possible.

Kindly share logs just at the time of the issue occurring as without logs issue cannot be analyzed this issue. Please share the complete issue description, please share video/image, logs, and report issues just at the time of occurring with the video.

To attach the log file:- Samsung member > Click on beta banner > Switch to beta mode > Beta feedback > Send feedback > Error report. This will help us to further investigate and resolve your concern.

Note: To ensure relevant log information is included in the error report, submit the report within 3 minutes of encountering the bug or error, and do not terminate (swipe away) the Samsung Members application until you are notified that the report has been sent. This can take up to 5 minutes.
