I bought galaxy s23+ almost 1year ago. From october 2023 i have not received even a single update on my phone not even a security update. All the other phone are running in 6.1UI.
My phone says it still running in beta version i tried using samsung switch pc version to get the actual update but still no luck. I called your customer support mutliple times in last 6 months to fix this but they have no clue on this and always gives false information.
This was the worst descison of my life to buy Samsung phone for first time. ALSO PLEASE STOP PROMOTING YOUR SHITY BETA VERSION WHEN YOU HAVE NOT DONE ANY PROPER R &D. CAN YOU TELL ME WHY THE HELL I AM NOT ABLE TO REMOVE BETA VERSION.
This **bleep** is going from long and i have been contacting you guys but no luck. Now suddenly after 6months you are asking me to visit service centre who the hell will pay for service charges. My phone was in warranty when this problem happened but till now no help and my warrantly has also expired.
Worst of worst customer servie worst product only **bleep** charging expensive money from buyes but in return giving **bleep** service and product.
