Can anyone properly guide me through the process of downgrading my phone. I want to get back to the stable version of one ui.

Connect your phone to PC with Smartswitch. you will get an option to downgrade. Hit the button and you will go back to Android 9 with old UI , but remember to backup device completely because that process wipes the phone clean.
