Modes and routines don't work properly. Fix it as soon as possible, Samsung.

Its auto-rotate routine didn't turn on when I opened YouTube after One UI 8.5.

Yes even scheduled routines do not get executed and hence missed. But this behavior has been since One UI 8.0
