Is Bixby dead? Can't trigger Bixby?

Is Bixby working for anybody? The Bixby button doesn't work, in Bixby routines bixby quick commands don't work... Anyone else with this issue? I'm on S10+

Bixby Home gone, replaced by Samsung Daily App.
