Now brief is only available in S25 and S24 series (not even S23 series).. it is a Galaxy Ai feature and animations in clock are reserved for S and Z series only

Animation can be enabled but it makes phone sluggish, thats what Samsung developer said, it needs dedicated gpu to run smooth. You can take an example from Dynamic Wallpaper, even that feels sluggish when applied, so I think Samsung might remove it too.

New clock animations will work on image with object should be on center then it will work, it worked with my image
