Home Screen Colors changed in Indian 2nd beta

My Home Screen font colors changed for worse after the 2nd beta. 

So far 2 issues and both to do with Lockscreen and Quick Panel

1. Transparency Issue in Quick Panel

2. Dont color in Lock Screen

Lock Screen

Qyick Panel pitch black issue
