Samsung had not provided extra dim feature yet.

It is the missing feature in this beta update. Hope this feature will come in future updates.
But you can download third-party apps like activity launcher to enable the extra dim feature.

Not activity launcher but you can use another app called shortcut maker app which is also helpful for features like extra dim.

Well, it's a bug, and I think it'll get fixed in the next update. But in the meantime, you can enable this feature.
