I'm using S20 Ultra,My handset also gets too hot while using camera hardware but this is not only for s20 series, all handsets heated up very easily if we are using camera hardware. For Normal usage my handset also gets hot but not that much and now for current scenario my handset is not heated up. But from past few months my smartphone easily heated up, for now my handset is working fine 🙂.
If the issue still persists, kindly send system log file using Samsung member application i.e. Samsung member BETA app > BETA feedback > Send feedback > Error report > Collect log files > attach.
samsung india team.. atleast respect indian customer and provide us solution.. you can't sold us cheap professor for same price.. most unethical company..
I have samsung active 2 watch.. from last 1.5 years even there are sensors for hear rate and ecg they are failed to give us software support and disabled that important function.. how could reputation company like samsung cheats with indian customers
