Game tools in 3rd beta and swiping home

While playing games. In 2nd beta if we pull down notification bar we had a button at the lower part to open to open game tools. In beta 3 it's removed and moved to notification pannel.

And With a single swipe to close the notification bar It takes me to home.(while in game) 

Is that same for you people??

Edit: There's an option to block full screen gestures in game tools. I didn't notice that. They moved it under ---block_during_games/full_screen_gestures

I can confirm that this is the case. it's a little cumbersome but works better as you don't activate game booster during game play
