Earsbuds not working (Bluetooth)

I came across an instance where my Bluetooth buds stopped the media output. I could hear the Bluetooth on/off sound but failed to get the media output. I had to restart my S23 Ultra device.

Yes, there has been issue with bluetooth as my android auto also hangs and lags a lot. Also with any other bluetooth device it lags a lot
