Dark theme automatically changes to light theme

The dark theme only sticks until I lock the phone. Then, when I unlock it, it switches back to light mode on its own. Buggy.

Did you guys format, or using any extra option ?
Because mine us staying on dark mode all the time. S23U

I set it to dark mode from sunset to sunrise. But when I turn on dark mode during the day, it switches back to light mode automatically.
