Can't update my phone

My phone having October 2023 security patch and still on beta version please help me to get update

It's painful that my S20 5g Ultra with Snapdragon ends up with Android 13. 

My question is there's no much of hardware differences. So why force members to buy vary expensive phones when all I need is  firmware upgrade,
