When will we get an update which fixes this problem ?? 

Most basic functionality of any phone is to "phone" people and the basic functionality of smartphone is to do it "smartly". 

Without inbuilt call recorder, I find it very hard to use the phone. I hope it is a major problem for everyone after getting used to it for years. 

I've been a beta user since ONE UI 3.0, never ever experienced something which limits the basic functionality of smartphone. 

How did they get the latest update this wrong. 

PLEASE RELEASE A HOTFIX FOR THIS PROBLEM ASAP. ALL OTHER BUGS CAN BE FIXED LATER.
