It's ironic that no one from Samsung has addressed the One UI 7 software update issues. While they train their employees in communication, they completely ignore their users. This is detrimental and will eventually lead to significant user loss. Samsung needs to establish clear communication channels between users and relevant company representatives. This lack of communication is frustrating.
I don't know what is happening, before today beta update has never come in this manner, no update has come for 47 days and it cannot be said when it will come, Samsung should stop the update policy
