QuestionsDevice performance has been negatively affected after the recent beta update. The phone now overheats more than before and the battery drains much faster, which has become a serious concern.
We install updates because we trust Samsung to provide high-quality improvements in performance, stability, and overall user experience. Unfortunately, this update seems to be creating several problems instead of improving the device.
The major issues include:
• Camera Performance Drop – Camera performance has noticeably declined compared to before the update.
• Performance Issues – Overall device performance feels less responsive.
• Overheating – The phone becomes excessively hot during normal usage.
• Battery Drain – Battery consumption has increased significantly.
• Lagging / Slow System – The system frequently becomes slow and laggy.
These problems are seriously affecting the overall user experience. We hope Samsung will carefully review these issues and provide a proper fix as soon as possible.
