After Beta 1, you had posted to a question that Beta 2 will not be rolled out and stable version will be rolled out. But Beta 2 was given and then Beta 3 also. Stable version is far away as Samsung F23 is a budget device and first the flagship devices will get it. Beta 4 is the only option to clean the mess created with Beta 3.
