When are you guys giving beta 3 update for Samsung A34 ?
I saw you have completed 5 beta updates in the S23 series. And the changelog for the beta 5 was also not that big. Which means that you guys have ironed out most of the bugs and issues.
Why not give a near stable beta update on A34 as well ? As you did with S23 series. Testing it on the midrange version would also be great i guess.
And please do give a hint on the date of stable release. Last year One UI 5 was released on 24 October 2022. I guess we might be around the same timeline this year as well !
We'd like to inform you that there will not be any beta UI after this you will get the original version.
It is not possible to provide a specific date for publishing the release version. The release version will be provided as soon as Beta feedback is analyzed and improvements are implemented. Until then, you can continue to use the Beta software version and update your device to the official release version once it is made available.
Kindly share logs just at the time of the issue occurring as without logs issue cannot be analyzed this issue. Please share the complete issue description, please share video/image, logs, and report issues just at the time of occurring with the video.
To attach the log file:- Samsung member > Click on beta banner > Switch to beta mode > Beta feedback > Send feedback > Error report. This will help us to further investigate and resolve your concern.
Note: To ensure relevant log information is included in the error report, submit the report within 3 minutes of encountering the bug or error, and do not terminate (swipe away) the Samsung Members application until you are notified that the report has been sent. This can take up to 5 minutes.
