Battery draining & and background apps are not closing in 1 one-time

Comparing to one ui. 6.1 battery standy by timing is about work for whole day but now we need to charge the phone every 5 hr.

Pls fix this and the background running apps if we need to close in 1 time it supposed to closed but it will closing in the tap of 2-3 times.

Pls fix this 😔. 

Is Anybody is facing such types of issue ?
