Kindly share logs just at the time of the issue occurring as without logs issue cannot be analyzed this issue. Please share the complete issue description, please share video/image, logs, and report issues just at the time of occurring with the video.

To attach the log file:- Samsung member > Click on beta banner > Switch to beta mode > Beta feedback > Send feedback > Error report. This will help us to further investigate and resolve your concern.

Note: To ensure relevant log information is included in the error report, submit the report within 3 minutes of encountering the bug or error, and do not terminate (swipe away) the Samsung Members application until you are notified that the report has been sent. This can take up to 5 minutes.

Yes battery life is not satisfactory, do you keep your Bluetooth on all the time as I keep it and i also keep always on display always on

I had the Note 20 previously with Exynos processor so the battery life was worst during that phase but now with Zflip5 Snapdragon gen2 samsung edition as well i do not see a massive jump in battery capability, i think battery size is small that's why?

I'm getting around 2.5 hours to 3 hours screen on time on a single charge that too with normal usage like calling, watching youtube, browsing that's it
