Auto rotate feature is not working it's very difficult to watch movies and videos in portrait mode. Landscape mode is not working in most of cases. Only YouTube and ott applications are able to play videos in landscape mode. Our recorded videos are not playing in landscape mod
Kindly share logs just at the time of the issue occurring as without logs issue cannot be analyzed this issue. Please share the complete issue description, please share video/image, logs, and report issues just at the time of occurring with the video.
To attach the log file:- Samsung member > Click on beta banner > Switch to beta mode > Beta feedback > Send feedback > Error report. This will help us to further investigate and resolve your concern.
Note: To ensure relevant log information is included in the error report, submit the report within 3 minutes of encountering the bug or error, and do not terminate (swipe away) the Samsung Members application until you are notified that the report has been sent. This can take up to 5 minutes.
I tried but there is no option where I can show if my screen is rotating or not. I though logs will be automatically added when we post issues here. However do you have any idea how I can highlight it in some recording or image ?
