I've discovered an issue where app arrangement in the drawer is not possible when the phone's sorting is set to alphabetical or vertical order. App arrangement functions correctly when the drawer is set to custom order but not with vertical ordering.
I understand that if I select alphabetical order, the system wouldn't let me do to arrange apps to my taste, but why this limitation in folders?
