After software update issue found

In my s21 plus , yesterday I was update my phone with your recent software update and after that my phone screen goes on sleep mode in every 2 or 3 minutes later if I using it or not . And can't open by side power key , always restart the device .please resolve it

I also faced this issue. After turning on sleep mode, the screen just turned black but remains on. Thankfully I could use Bixby to restart my phone.

After that, I totally deleted the sleep mode from my modes panel

The quick is : go to recovery n clear the cache .

Once you restart the device after the issue, go to settings and select the modes option.
Disable the modes or disable the restrict app usage option to fix this issue.
