In Samsung s series is premium products but this product has just only price value there is no any after sales service and no any part's availability. With any samsung product never buy servify additional care package because this package provider servify not able to answer for your claim. They just took your money and keep in his pocket. 

I said because My phone display damaged and I put my device (Galaxy s20 ultra) on 23 September 2020 but still today my phone not repaired(company not able to provide parts to service center) in this phone I buy servify additional package and I also pay for claim charges but servify never involved for this service issue. 

Still I'm fighting with Samsung and servify.

If you want to save your money never buy premium series product in Samsung and if you buy any samsung product then never buy additional services package provided by servify.

Im sure if you do this mistake you lost your money forever.

still samsung can't able to answer customer questions this complaint has more then 4 months but samsung has no any resolution
