no there is no dual app feature.. look for screenshot it chrome is disable

check once inside secure folder bro...there is another chrome...check it

bro do one thing.... just go to play store and type chrome....then Uninstall the update from there then again update it and check what is happening.......or search it for below screenshot from my files ....delete that folder ....restart the device
