Samsung claims to have dual camera for its model Galaxy J8. But however I found this out that the one (camera) on the top is absolutely USELESS and doesn't support any of the camera modes, not even Portrait mode. It's simply a hole and has the Camera effect to INCREASE the overall pricing. It's mentioned in the model specifications that the REAR camera is 16MP+5MP. Very disappointed by this thing and wanted to share with y'all. Hopefully they look into it and wish to get any other model which actually has DUAL WORKING CAMERA .

One is main 16mp nd 2nd one is 5mp depth sensor.

You can't use portrait mode?

Make sure if it'a not a clone.

I have already cross checked it and I bought it from Samsung store.

Then it might be software issue.

Are you in custom ROM?

Also check by dialing-*#0*# and goto Camera option there and check if they're wrkng thre.
