Ye sab karke dekhiye: 1. Faltu ke apps hata dijiye 2. Games hata dijiye 3. Cache clear kijiye 4. Sirf achhe apps hi rakhiye 5. Agar usse bhi kaam nahi bana to phone ko reset kijiye 6. Agar phir bhi problem hai to service center jaiye Mera answer kaam ka hai to upar teen dots pe click karke is ko solution mark kijiye
bro ,this happens with me 3 times, but after that it never happens, now i don't think it's a hardware issue, Samsung's crappy One ui core is the problem and they said it has motherboard problems and charges like hell.
