SIM in 2nd Slot not Detecting S21 Ultra 5G

Hello Members,
 I am facing some unique issue. The SIM Card Manger in my S21 Ultra 5G is not opening up, when I try to click it- it states Please wait for a while and is stuck. SIM Card in Slot 1 is working fine- not able to see SIM Card in Slot 2. Also, I see an error- Invalid eSIM chipset wheile trying to open the SIM Card Manager. I am unable to go to Samsung service center due to lockdown in Pune city. Please help. 
 
 One more error I can see is- invalid eSIM chipset. Please do not Test this device.

Yea... I get it... Follow these steps.
- recreate issue (to see the error message).
- goto samsung members app.
- goto help - error report - choose ur error type - describe error n attach screen shot or recording.
- submit the issue with the log (checkbox)..
- wait for response from samsung team.

(recreation of issue b4 using members app to report error is a must)

If one of your sim card is
AIRTEL (OR) JIO
Then try converting it into Esim .
Insert your vi(IDEA) sim card in sim 1 because esim will be only considered as sim 2 .

IT WILL TAKE 2 HRS FOR AIRTEL ESIM TO BE ACTIVATED AND JIO WILL TAKE MORE THEN FEW HOURS TO BE ACTIVATED

After covertering A physical sim into Esim the physical sim will stop working .
If you want to get physical sim after converting it into esim then you can go to airtel/jio they will provide you physical sim .
