Need support, no software uodate for my overseas S10e

I am not getting any Software update for last 2 year on my S10e which i baught from Carrebian country. Not getting any support from Samsung service centers India and Carrebian.

Yes, that's because Samsung's device support is limited to the country it was meant to be sold in.

Yes, its the same with Apple too, they won't service your device in another country, even if you pay them money, they won't.

What is your specific model? Find out if it is Qualcomm or Exynos processor and flash it with a compatible Unlocked firmware. Download from Sam Firmware. If it is Exynos processor you can use any Indian firmware. If it's Qualcomm use a Korean or US unlocked firmware. The last part of the firmware is U1.

This TMobile one will work and because it is unlocked all LTE bands should be on. I use a Tmobile firmware ROM on Airtel here in Delhi
