M31 network issues

I am using M31 from last 2 month. With this phone i have problem with data network. Its show 4G and suddenly go to ' E ' I have Airtel and idea with other phone data network work properly. If you have any solutions help me.
Other feature is excellent.

if this issue then u can set at lte only option.
it is because poor network.
by the way check by settings only at lte

thanks for reply but when I use single sim it's working fine when use two sim problem with net is start

once try reset network
go to settings >general Management >reset>reset network

* Check network operator settings
Settings > Connections > Mobile networks > Network operators > Select automatically > OK > Registered on network.

Note: We recommend to set device network operators as LTE/3G/2G (auto connect) mode.
