PuneI find that the M30 mobile does not charge when connected to the charger that was issued , I have used different cables, different chargers, shut down, restart, even factory re-settings !
However it charges only when connected to the PC's USB port using the same cable supplied, and even there it shows 'fast charging' !
I believe that it is a software issue , because even after removing from the PC, it keeps showing 'charging' !
It is a new phone, never dropped, so no damage to the hardware.
Does anyone have a solution, please help !

- Check Connectivity: check whether the charger cable and adapter is fixed well. Remove charging cable and reconnect with mobile phone properly.
- Check charger functionality: Kindly check the physical condition of your charger for any damage.
