i m tired of followups since three months sep 2020 till date, three defective active 2 steel 4g watches have been sent replaced from sep 2020 however all had the same heating issues, no one is calling me showing empathy to discuss it and senior approval process sorry to say is pathetic it takes 1 month or more to approve the watch replacement, now the 4th replacement is submitted on 12th Dec 2020 and till date i m just revolving in bushes by your your teams stating the copy pasted message the your issue is with concerned team and shall get resolved


i m tired now. can someone senior take it up and ask to discuss this and send me a galaxy watch active 2 lte steel variant without heating issues while making lte calls
