Camera issue/slo mo issue

When i shoot slo mo videos it shows 

Warning recording failed 

This happens only with rear camera not with selfie camra with selfie camera it shoots perfect slo mo videos 

Pls help i need a solution

I have cmeare dada ani cache too 

Still not working

Once reset camera to default settings and try
