i have been a very loyal samsung phone client for 17years. not that i need your stupid tv, but thought hey samsung cares. but guess what im done with you. you deceive people.

Yes Boss. Same thing is happening to me with the TV.

I think they outsource their promotional products to third parties or something 🤷
