Hi how do i claim my free gift. I have upgraded my contract and 13/02/2021. And have sent all my details to samsung and i have received a ref number. But when i call the call center and gave my ref number, i was told record was found.

Try the chat feature. Maybe they misheard the reference on call. Good luck
