Days turned into weeks and now months of waiting over R20k spent, several emails and phone calls later my claim for my tv has got rejected. Samsung didnt have the decency to inform me that my claim has been rejected, and when i called 3days ago i was told i have nothing to worry about that i will get my tv by one of the call centre agents. Now its a different story. This is nonsense you gonna give me what is rightfully mine and i will make sure of it!!
