Wondering if anyone can help me, I am trying to redeem my free galaxy buds and powerbank but it says my imei number is a duplicate and I don't know what unique number to use? Can anyone please help me, since Samsung call centre has no clue what I am talking about?
@samsung I have been reading alot of negative feedback with people struggling to redeem their gifts. just today I chose samsung over the iPhone I wanted. starting to think I made a mistake and should take this one back as none of you want to assist me in getting my free galaxy buds+ and powerbank
day 19 - promised calls to confirm my free gift- nobody called of course. many calls, many emails, many live chats later and Samsung has done absolutely nothing to assist me. this is THE worst customer service I have experienced
