I have been trying to redeem this for the last 8 days.
I have 2 reference numbers that have been given and then zero, and I mean zero contact, other than to be told when I followup that it has been escalated. I have now informed hello Peter and will be taking this further through social media platforms. Then next thing I expect to hear is they are out of stock, wouldn't that be convenient!
Samsung you have 24 hours to get this sorted out or I will contact my attorney to take this further.
