just an update. after so much fighting screaming etc and finally filling out a complaint with https://www.cgso.org.za/before-you-complain-to-us/ it seemed like they were up to fast tracking this. also used hellopeter.
as you can see when I redeemed it in July it only got delivered last week. so the freebies ain't worth it anymore with samsung coz communication is not fast tracked at all
