You can process your Buds and Powerbank claim for the S20 FE device on the Samsung Members App under Benefits.
Please note that in order to claim you will need to enter the unique code you have received after watching the device launch which took place in September.

I'm 1 of the loyal customer of samsung and hade all the galaxy S rage phones 1 after the other and now the note 20 but will think twice about buying another samsung device...

The only thing that they ask is to send all the proof en documents and tv License and and and....
Then you waste your money and time toe give "them" what thy want over and over just so that they can tell you would get the PROMOTION UV sanitizer coz the promotion is over but my Note 20 was bought the 28-08-2020
Then for the promised hd tv deal that i qualified for (as per email)
they actually sends me a email stating im fraudulent..... and wanted me to send all my stuff again within 7 days and it took me 1 day to reply with all my stuff AGAIN and then no reply from samsung... ...
