Over a month of having my S21 ultra and I've not received the promotional items. Absolutely disgusting service from samsung. I've tried the text chat twice and for over 20 minutes nothing happens. Either get disconnected or chat closes because it's impossible to sit at your phone waiting for these idiots to send me my stuff. Worst decision I've made. Purchasing this crap phone and even worse service
