e-voucher not received

Hi. I had purchased my Note 20 Ultra on November 30, 2020 and I have not yet received my Samsung voucher worth Rs. 7000.

Device was activated on November 30 and registration on samsung shop was done before December 15.

Can someone please help me with this?

we do not get any vouchers. the offers will be shown in the Samsung Shop App in the For you section. could you tell me what shows in that section?? Here if you give your IMIE number it would show the offers.

it just says I'm not eligible as this offer is only for galaxy watch users who are applicable for this offer
