buds pro still not delivered

I have called numerous times the call center I think my calls are even more expensive then these buds pro. I was promised it was going to be delivered within 2 to 3days by Lesley Gamede.  It's another month gone and still no joy on receiving my Buds pro from Samsung.  Is there any higher manager that can step in and action this to get resolved
