Bought 2 note 20s in August during the promotion. Still awaiting vouchers or was this just a marketing ploy. Fraudulent. Going into 4th month, no response from Samsung. Terrible service

Will be taking issue to public protector as I have been lied to and put on hold with empty promises on a weekly basis by Samsung. Promises of the vouchers being despatched and enroute for delivery have never materialized. Everyone is very apologetic when one calls but absolutely nothing is done. Truly shameful for an international company. Or is there something more sinister . I am considering handing it over to an investigative journalist. I have all relevant information and documentation including emails. I may hopefully also assist others . Shameful
