Wrong Colour Buds Pro.

After purchasing my Phantom Black S21 Ultra I requested a Phantom Black Buds Pro and Smart Tag as part of your promotion but I received a Phantom Violet Buds Pro instead. I was told that Samsung is out of stock of the Phantom Black Buds Pro. How can Samsung be out of stock when you MANUFACTURE the product? And how can you be out of stock TWO WEEKS before the promotion ends? I do not want the Phantom Violet Buds Pro and would like it to be replaced with the Phantom Black Buds Pro.

I sent an email as you advised but was basically told there's nothing that can be done. Totally pathetic customer service.
