Why I haven't received the tablet as yet it's been 2 months already

I purchased  Samsung  galaxy S 21 FE

on 14 Feb and was supposed to receive the Tablet lite with it I registered on the Samsung promotion still I haven't received it which they said it takes 7 working days to receive, Samsung I need you to reply

One was for the S6 tablet for the s23 ultra. I kept being given different emaila and a number that doesn't ever get picked up. Come on Samsung it's giving false advertising and it's giving law suit.

That's the same number that noone ever picks up. Even at Samsung Someone was trying to assist me with my tablet enquiry and THEY couldn't get through.

I've been emailing n they keep asking for the same thing being my IMEI number. Then they go missing. **bleep**.
